CHEF RICHY FEATURES ON RTE WITH HEALTHY LOW CALORIES DISHES

It’s the time of year to focus on developing good eating habits for the year. We all take a look at our eating habits and may have over indulged throughout the festive season but fret not. Healthy eating does not have to be bland or tasteless. Our chef Richy Virahsawmy has some great tasty recipes to ensure you are keeping your calorie count in check with a range of meals which are quick and easy to whip up.
